This policy explains refunds for purchases from Viola Visuals LLC, doing business as Orange Grove Social ("Orange Grove Social," "we," "us").
Digital products: all sales final
Our digital products (guides, courses, templates and toolkits) are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This is stated at checkout before you pay.
When we'll make it right
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice for the same product, or charged in error, we'll refund the extra charge.
- Access problems. If a technical issue on our side stops you from accessing a product you bought, we'll fix it or send it another way. If we can't give you access, we'll refund your purchase.
Please email us within 14 days of purchase with your name, the email you used at checkout and your order details.
Agency services
Retainers, content shoots and other services are covered by the payment, deposit and cancellation terms in your signed agreement with us, not by this policy.
Free resources
Free downloads involve no payment, so no refund applies.
